Job Summary: A professional to track purchase requests, issue purchase orders, monitor approvals, manage corporate telephone lines, and process invoices. Key Highlights: 1. Ticket resolution and database updates We currently have an opportunity for a **Junior Purchasing Analyst**, working directly with our client in **Natal - RN**. You will have the opportunity to: * Track purchase requests, issue purchase orders, and monitor approval workflows; * Fulfill documentation and signature requirements mandated by suppliers for contracts and procurement processes, when necessary; * Liaise with suppliers to resolve inconsistencies (e.g., billing issues, blocked lines); * Administer corporate telephone lines; * Manage relationships with approximately 15 telecommunications service providers; * Request and activate new telephone lines; * Control international roaming activation for employees traveling abroad; * Receive, verify, and process invoices for payment; * Monitor internal payment workflows until final settlement; * Decommission telephone lines as needed; * Every 15 days, review the LATAM active employee report (provided by P&C/HR) to assess users and perform deactivations or cancellations where applicable; * Resolve daily ServiceNow tickets, ensuring no impact on end users; including roaming activation, technical support, and other related requests; * Update and maintain the database daily, including newly assigned telephone lines to users, cancellations, items sent to inventory, etc.; * Manage all requests related to telephone lines and services across Latin America, serving as the liaison between internal users and suppliers. Requirements: * Fluent English (mandatory) and intermediate Spanish (basic level); * Available for hybrid work (office located in Natal - RN); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and prior experience with an ERP system, preferably SAP.
