**Job Mission**
Support photovoltaic system installation activities, ensuring organization, efficiency, and compliance with operational quality and safety standards.
**Main Responsibilities**
✔ Assist in installing, positioning, and securing solar modules and support structures under the guidance of the Panel Installer
✔ Prepare, organize, and verify tools, equipment, and materials required for task execution
✔ Transport, position, and move modules, profiles, rails, and other components to installation sites
✔ Support basic alignment, leveling, and fastening checks of structures
✔ Report any non-conformities identified during execution to the supervisor
✔ Assist with adjustments, re-tightening, and corrections during the installation process
✔ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace
✔ Strictly comply with operational procedures, safety regulations, and guidelines for working at heights
✔ Correctly use mandatory PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE)
**Requirements**
* Completed elementary education (high school diploma preferred)
* Availability for fieldwork
* Availability for travel and relocation when necessary
* Basic knowledge of manual tool usage
* Commitment to safety standards
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Prior experience in civil construction, assembly, or installation
* Experience with photovoltaic systems
* NR-35 certification (working at heights)
