Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing strategic clients, strengthening relationships, anticipating risks, and identifying expansion opportunities in a consultative capacity. Strategic point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention COMPANY ESIG Software and Consulting WORK SCHEDULE Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour break (2-hour break on Fridays) \- 44 hours per week. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in fields such as IT/Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications. Candidates must have experience in strategic client management, a consultative profile, excellent communication skills, and experience handling major accounts. Must possess business acumen, focus on retention and expansion, analytical capability, and willingness to travel. Experience in the public sector, technology, or B2B is a plus. RESPONSIBILITIES Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients, conducting meetings and site visits, strengthening relationships, and ensuring satisfaction and retention. Monitor KPIs, anticipate risks, identify expansion opportunities, represent client needs internally, and support commercial negotiations and requests.
