Responsibilities Answer and route telephone calls. Greet visitors and provide initial information. File physical and digital documents. Assist in organizing spreadsheets and records. Type and format spreadsheets (Excel) or reports (Word). Prepare meeting materials (copies, folders). Sort and distribute internal emails. Assist in sending mailbags or external documents. Help verify supplies (paper, pens, cleaning materials, etc.). Assist in organizing employee documents. Enter data into simple systems (under supervision). Register information in management software.
