




Job Summary: The professional will prepare reports, conduct quality inspections and audits, and proactively contribute to maintaining and improving quality management systems for HVAC construction projects. Periodically prepare reporting cycles, controls, presentations, maps, and various demonstrative charts regarding the performance of activities carried out by the Quality Management team within its areas of responsibility (Quality Control/Assurance), specifically targeting medium- and large-scale HVAC construction projects. Conduct quality inspections and internal audits, liaise with suppliers, monitor and record compliance during construction phase supervision and equipment evaluation at supplier facilities, in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor quality and regulatory compliance during on-site service execution and maintenance contracts; * Prepare construction project reports outlining improvements to be implemented; * Lead consulting meetings on construction projects and maintenance contracts; * Assist in preparing technical reports for validation by the Quality Department; * Verify process compliance; * Inspect and evaluate on-site services, considering materials, construction techniques, methods, systems, and quality management; * Provide feedback to the Quality Management System, including preparation/review of technical documents (specifications, guidelines, procedures), identification, investigation, and proposal of corrective actions for non-conformities and quality improvements; * Support the execution and monitoring of on-site audits, as well as verification of service execution; * Consolidate and disseminate reports; deliver training, with emphasis on quality; * Contribute to maintaining the Management System and monitor adherence to the Quality Policy; * Use control tools to resolve problems and enhance organizational procedures; Minimum Education: Technical Course
