This OPPORTUNITY is for YOU: Apprenticeship Instructor at CIEE\-RS! * Train young people in the apprenticeship program, following the program's methodology and guidelines; * Plan and conduct theoretical learning sessions, adhering to the methodology and considering the realities of each group; * Adapt and propose activities that encourage apprentices to go beyond the presented content, fostering reflection and the development of workplace competencies; * Act as a mediator/facilitator in the learning process of adolescents and young people; * Promote and support apprentices' development, providing follow-up when necessary; * Record and monitor apprentices' attendance in theoretical training; * Perform required entries in the internal system; * Propose and participate in monitoring meetings with apprentices, companies, and other involved parties; * Support critical analysis of processes within your area of responsibility, suggesting improvements when needed; * Provide support to other departmental activities when necessary. Requirements: Completed or final semester enrollment in a degree in Administration, HR, Pedagogy, or Teaching; Experience in education and working with youth is desirable; Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
