




Job Summary: A Receptionist is responsible for public service, mail management, document organization, and supporting the executive team. Key Highlights: 1. Prerequisites: * Ages 16 to 24 * Customer service orientation and organizational skills * High school diploma or currently enrolled in or graduated from a related field (e.g., Administration, Accounting) A Receptionist is a professional responsible for public service at the reception desk and via telephone. A Receptionist’s responsibilities include front-desk operations, answering and screening calls, taking messages, receiving visitors, directing calls, sending and controlling correspondence, providing support for calls and research for the executive team, assisting with organizing, managing the executive team’s schedule and calls, archiving documents, clarifying inquiries, responding to general questions about the company or redirecting such questions to qualified staff, sending and receiving correspondence or products, processing incoming correspondence (packages, telegrams, faxes, and messages), organizing and distributing them to recipients, performing document archiving, scheduling meetings, managing keys, and recording information. * Working hours: 4 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
