Focused on delivering top-tier service and cutting-edge solutions, we’re seeking a talented individual to hop aboard our bus and craft transformative journeys. **Role Overview:** We’re seeking a **Senior Search Performance Analyst** to lead the creation, execution, and evolution of **high-complexity paid media campaigns**, serving as the technical and analytical reference within the team. Your mission will be to maximize acquisition and conversion results through advanced media strategies, deep metric analysis, structured testing, and continuous optimization. You’ll play a strategic role in translating business objectives into performance-driven actions—bridging marketing, product, data, and technology. Beyond execution, this position actively contributes to **strategic planning**, defining measurement and attribution models, and driving cross-functional initiatives and projects—supporting Gipsyy’s sustainable growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the creation, management, and optimization of campaigns on **Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other SEM platforms** * Develop and implement **advanced bidding strategies**, account structures, and audience segmentation * Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize performance, identifying **cause-and-effect relationships among metrics** * Translate **business strategies** into performance-oriented media campaigns * Propose and implement **structured tests** (segmentation, creatives, structures, bids, and channels) * Create, define, and analyze **conversions** (Ads, GA, GA4, GTM, Floodlight, CMPs, PRMs, GA goals) * Define, manage, and analyze **attribution models** (last click, data-driven, and others) * Analyze the impact of changes to the **product (website/app)** on channel metrics and propose improvements and user stories * Conduct integrated analyses across **distribution channels** and the conversion funnel * Extract and analyze databases directly from the source (SQL, BigQuery, Metabase, Excel) * Optimize analytical routines and processes, promoting efficiency and scalability * Support **strategic media planning**, budgeting, and initiative prioritization * Guide the team in planning **Sprints, OKRs, campaign structures, and tests** * Lead projects or initiatives in partnership with other areas (Product, Tech, BI, Marketing) * Contribute to defining **new channels, partnerships, and growth opportunities** * Manage relationships with partners and platforms **Requirements and Qualifications** * Advanced/Fluent **English** * Highly **analytical profile**, capable of connecting data, actions, and diverse types of impact * Strong **results orientation**, combining creativity and data analysis * Ability to thrive in **fast-paced, high-complexity environments** * Mindset of **experimentation and hack mindset** **Required Technical Skills:** * Marketing Analytics and performance metrics * Google Analytics (advanced) and GA4 (basic) * Google Tag Manager * Advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and similar) * SQL * Python * Analytics tools: **Excel, Metabase, BigQuery** * Solid understanding of **product** and organizational context **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience leading strategic initiatives or cross-functional projects * Hands-on experience with advanced attribution and measurement models * Experience working in agile teams, actively participating in ceremonies and planning **Additional Information** #### **For your well-being, we offer:** * Meal allowance via Caju card (flexible for other expenses); * Transportation allowance (if needed); * Health insurance with co-payment (SulAmérica); * Childcare allowance; * Life insurance; * Gympass; * Free Guanabara bus tickets. #### **Plus, for your experience, we also provide...** * A dynamic work environment that encourages creativity; * Flexible working hours; * No dress code; * Birthday day off. #### **Why join Gipsyy?** * Opportunity to be part of a high-impact team in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. * A culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. * We’re committed to building a diverse and inclusive workplace—we encourage applications from people of all backgrounds.
