Key Responsibilities Conduct risk analyses and prepare reports on key risks and opportunities that may impact Be8's operations. Support departments in risk mitigation. Map internal controls. Participate in meetings to present and discuss risk analysis and internal control results. Propose and monitor the implementation of action plans for managing identified risks. Monitor key risk indicators and suggest improvements to risk management processes. Provide technical support and guidance to departments and teams on best practices in risk management. Perform testing of mapped internal controls. ? Required Knowledge Solid knowledge of risk management methodologies and tools (e.g., COSO, ISO 31000, etc.). Data analysis skills, risk modeling, and preparation of management reports. Ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, and influence stakeholders. Knowledge of regulations and standards applicable to risk management and internal controls. ? Specific Knowledge Postgraduate degree or specialization in Risk Management and Internal Controls. Professional certifications related to risk management. Experience with SAP 4/Hanna ? Academic Qualifications Academic background in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
