Below is the opportunity available to you: **\#VEMSERMERCANTIL** **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main challenges will include:** * Conducting data analysis focused on CRM; * Evaluating opportunities to monetize the customer base, increase customer loyalty, and improve LTV; * Generating insights and analyses regarding customer profiles, segmentation, and behavior—as well as market benchmarking; * Analyzing customer base evolution and other key customer KPIs for internal and external dissemination. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We are looking for someone with:** * Currently pursuing or recently completed undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Information Science; * Proficiency in data extraction and manipulation tools (SQL); * Knowledge of 'Python'; * Knowledge of Dashboard tools (Power BI); * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc). **You’ll stand out if you have:** Minimum 1 year of experience in Data Analytics or CRM. **Work Location:** Belo Horizonte/MG (Hybrid work model); **Additional Information** **What we offer our employees:** * Meal and food allowance (if preferred, both allowances can be consolidated onto a single food card); * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Daycare assistance; * Life insurance; * Private pension plan; * Wellhub; * Mercantil Academy for Development; * Profit Sharing Program (PLR); All positions are also open to people with disabilities (PCDs).
