Every day, we strive to grow together, embrace an owner mindset, and pursue excellence in our work. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities** * Operate low-to-medium complexity equipment; * Operate the milk whey reception platform; * Perform quality sample collections; * Conduct milk whey reception analyses; * Assist in operating the whey demineralization plant; * Monitor the production schedule, ensuring on-time delivery with quality, safety, and adherence to process parameters; * Record and close tasks via DMO/SAP and other platforms; * Resolve routine issues using TPM methodology; * Identify abnormalities and assist in resolving minor repairs; * Perform cleaning and inspections to ensure product quality, employee safety, and sustainability; * Share knowledge, understand indicators, and propose actions; * Activate the support chain as defined. **What Will Contribute to Your Success?** * Willingness and dedication to learn; * Focus on safety and ability to work well in a team; * Proactive attitude and strong workplace organization; * Proficiency in computer use; * Availability to work rotating shifts – Shift not defined for this position
