RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES * Managing appointments and providing customer service for scheduled maintenance and inspections; * Proactive contact and communication with customers (telephone, email, and WhatsApp); * Scheduling technical team work hours and supporting service flow; * Clarifying after-sales information, such as deadlines, costs, and warranties; * Providing administrative support, organizing documents, and using Office tools; * Proactive, organized profile focused on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
