Maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform cleaning and maintenance of production areas, floors, equipment, stairs, and structures; * Remove flour dust and industrial residues; * Clean machinery and circulation areas; * Collect and properly dispose of waste; * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness; * Correctly use PPE and comply with company safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Experience in industrial cleaning or production areas is desirable; * Experience in the food industry will be considered a plus; * Good physical condition for tasks requiring effort and constant movement; * Ability to climb up and down stairs during working hours; * Commitment, responsibility, and attention to safety regulations; * Availability to work during the specified schedule. **Important Information:** This role requires good physical condition, as it involves constant movement, cleaning at various levels of the factory—including climbing up and down stairs—as well as cleaning equipment and structures accumulating dust from the production process. The work environment contains flour dust; therefore, the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. **Working Hours:** **Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:48 PM.** **Salary and Benefits:** * Competitive salary commensurate with the position; * Transportation allowance; * On-site cafeteria; * **Monthly bonus of up to R$ 300.00**, consisting of: * R$ 200.00 for attendance; * R$ 100.00 for productivity. **Bonuses are subject to attendance, punctuality, and fulfillment of departmental tasks and goals.** Compensation: starting from R$1.851,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
