Job Summary: Professional responsible for managing internal warranty processes, directing requests to the factory, tracking vehicle manufacturer returns, and controlling deadlines. Key Highlights: 1. Strong verbal and written communication **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Execute internal warranty-related processes (RG); * Direct requests to the factory; * Track vehicle manufacturer returns; * Handle goodwill claims when applicable; * Control deadlines and ensure proper progress of processes. **Requirements:** * Completed High School; * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (preferred); * Experience interfacing with management systems and process tracking systems (ERR); * Experience with warranty and quality processes; * Analytical profile, with attention to detail and organizational skills; * Strong verbal and written communication; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Benefits:** Medical assistance, Dental assistance, Gym allowance, Commissions, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Transportation voucher
