Job Summary: We are seeking an Operational Control Analyst to plan, monitor productivity indicators, and contribute to the efficiency of field operations. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on operational planning and production control 2. Monitoring of KPIs and continuous process improvement 3. Collaborative work and problem-solving under pressure ### **Responsibilities** Main responsibilities: * Develop and implement production plans aligned with strategic objectives; * Monitor operational KPIs (e.g., productivity, plan adherence, schedule adherence) and propose tactical adjustments; * Prepare managerial reports focused on Field operation performance; * Participate in KPI review meetings and propose/manage contingency plans; * Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational planning and control processes; * Support cross-functional integration to ensure efficient resource utilization. Requirements: * Experience with production or technical operations planning and control routines; * Proficiency in Excel (advanced); * Knowledge of SQL, Python, Power BI, or visualization tools for decision support is desirable; * Familiarity with OFS (Oracle Field Service) is desirable; * Analytical capability oriented toward operations, with focus on execution and results; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with technical and operational teams. ### **Education** Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering or related fields ### **Behavioral Competencies** Ability to work well in a team. Proactivity in seeking effective solutions. ### **Role Overview** We are looking for an Operational Control Analyst focused on ensuring balance between demand and the technical capacity of Field operations.
