Job Summary:
Responsible for accounting and financial analyses, classifications, and reconciliations; preparation of ancillary obligations; tax calculation; and preparation of accounting reports.

Perform accounting and financial analyses, classifications, and reconciliations; develop ancillary obligations; and calculate direct and indirect taxes. Prepare balance sheets, trial balances, and accounting reports through analysis of journal entries and expenses.
* Accounting recordkeeping and classification.
* Reconciliation.
* Trial balance analysis.
* Corporate closing for Simples Nacional, Presumed Profit, and Real Profit regimes.
* Closing of financial statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Statement of Changes in Equity, Cash Flow Statement, etc).
* Delivery of ancillary obligations: DCTF, DIRF, SPED Contábil, SPED ECF.
* Customer service.
* Support for Assistants, Junior Staff, and Interns.
* Ensure compliance with current legislation.
* Prepare reports and communicate findings to clients.
Experience with the Domínio system is required.
Active CRC registration or enrollment in Accounting Sciences is required.
Experience in an accounting firm’s accounting department.
Proficiency with digital tools.
* Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00
