Controller Analyst

Job Summary: The professional will perform end-to-end billing, analyze financial and operational results, control inventory, and develop management reports, with an analytical and proactive profile. Inventory control and development of management reports **Work model:** On-site. **Willingness to travel required.** **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, business hours. **Responsibilities:** * Execute the end-to-end billing process, including issuing invoices, verifying amounts, generating bank slips, and sending them to clients via e-mail * Analyze financial and operational results, identifying improvement opportunities * Manage inventory control, including physical inventories and validation of adjustments * Support operational units in matters related to billing and inventory * Develop and monitor management reports and performance indicators * Track inflation indices and contract performance **Requirements:** * **Bachelor's degree in Business Administration**, Accounting, Economics, or related fields * Experience in billing, controller functions, Production Engineering, or related areas * Experience in inventory and physical inventory control * Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis) * Analytical, proactive, and detail-oriented profile * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience managing operations across multiple units * Knowledge of ERP systems * Experience in financial indicator analysis Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Life insurance * Food allowance * Meal voucher * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
