Job Summary:
Focal point for freight forwarding negotiations, with a consultative role in logistics solutions and documentary analysis for international and domestic transportation quotations.

**Main Responsibilities:**
**\-** Focal point for negotiations in the Freight Forwarding Department;
\- Consultative role in mapping multimodal logistics solutions (Air, Ocean, and Road), aligned with cargo characteristics and delivery timeline requirements/flexibility;
\- Documentary analysis \- Commercial Invoices \& Packing Lists, DGR/IMO Declarations, BL / AWB / CRT \- with data extraction for international and domestic transportation quotations;
\- Negotiation with market players to ensure logistical operational feasibility (Freight Forwarders, Carriers, and Customs Brokers);
\- Support shipment scheduling according to company demand;
\- Control of international transportation deadlines and costs;
\- Arrange or verify status of international cargo insurance;
\- Joint follow-up with the Operations Department on process execution to ensure on-time material delivery;
\- Provide fiscal and finance departments with data regarding agreed commercial terms;
\- Update process indicators (transit time, final shipping costs IMP/EXP, supplier payments);
\- Active post-sales \- Operational follow-up and identification of new commercial opportunities;
\- Support robust strategic projects, such as System Implementations, Certifications, Audits, BIDs, etc.;
\- Develop departmental controls and indicator analysis;
\- Prepare management reports featuring key area KPIs;
\- Continuously update POPs (Procedures and Practices) through implementation team meetings;
\- Implement continuous improvement processes within the department.
**Essential Requirements:**
\- Proven experience in the field;
\- Availability to work onsite in Lagoa Santa;
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word);
\- Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields.

Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$4\.000,00 per month
