Summary Description: You will be responsible for understanding and applying project guidelines and procedures, managing procurement processes from requisition through receipt, tracking payments, measurement reports, and invoices, as well as documenting lessons learned and supporting financial and performance indicator monitoring for projects. You will actively participate in alignment meetings, ensuring integration among departments and suppliers, and perform routine safety and field inspections. Additionally, you will conduct due diligence and follow-ups with internal customers, suppliers, and technical departments; manage CAPEX acquisitions; identify opportunities to reduce lead time and costs; and prepare managerial reports with KPI analysis. Daily use of SAP, Electronic Marketplace, and BI systems will be required, along with strategic alignment with project teams. Detailed Description: * Manage material procurement and service contracting processes, from SAP and Electronic Marketplace requisition creation through engineering inventory material and asset control, ensuring compliance with approval workflows and established deadlines. Conduct continuous supplier follow-up to ensure on-time delivery and track capitalization and activation of assets in the system. * Actively participate in interface meetings among departments involved in contracts, aligning information and identifying potential interferences that may impact project progress. Support implementation of departmental work plans and procedures, monitoring necessary technical actions to achieve defined goals. * Monitor performance indicators for projects under your responsibility, analyzing results and proposing corrective actions when needed to ensure achievement of leadership-defined objectives. Prepare managerial reports on contracting, material, and service management, including KPI analysis. * Conduct due diligence and follow-ups with internal customers, suppliers, and technical departments, tracking commercial process status, procurement accuracy, and supplier performance. Manage and plan CAPEX acquisitions, focusing on reducing supply lead time. * Provide support in using SAP, Electronic Marketplace, and BI systems, contributing to procurement process analysis and control.
