At CPFL, you’ll find a solid environment to grow confidently — with security to evolve and space to build a purpose-driven future. **Construction Execution Coordinator** Where you’ll work: São José do Rio Pardo/SP Work model: 100% On-site Company: CPFL Serviços (Soluções) **Prerequisites:** * Bachelor’s degree required (Engineering preferred); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) required; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to travel required; * Familiarity with people management processes required; * Minimum 5 years of experience in the transmission line sector or in coordination roles required; * Must reside in São José do Rio Pardo upon assuming the position. **Your day-to-day responsibilities:** Coordinate the execution of construction projects and engineering projects; participate in technical planning of construction works; technically validate procurement of equipment, vehicles, machinery, and materials; prepare and review managerial progress reports for construction projects; manage in-house teams and contracted contractors; and perform other related and inherent duties. Main Activities/Responsibilities: * Coordinate the execution of construction projects and engineering projects, ensuring compliance with technical, legal, and contractual requirements, with emphasis on quality, deadlines, and budget targets; * Participate in the technical planning of construction projects, contributing to feasibility analyses, scope definition, and scheduling to ensure efficient and safe project execution; * Technically validate procurement of equipment, vehicles, machinery, and materials by evaluating specifications and operational requirements to ensure compatibility with project requirements; * Prepare and review managerial progress reports for construction projects, consolidating information on physical-financial progress, risks, and deviations to support decision-making; * Manage in-house teams and contracted contractors, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and promoting alignment with required quality and safety standards; * Monitor adherence to physical and financial schedules of construction projects, utilizing management tools and performance indicators to ensure alignment with planning; * Request adjustments to scope, deadlines, or resources from clients, superiors, or suppliers based on technical and operational analyses to ensure continuity and effectiveness of execution; * Monitor and validate measurements of completed services, verifying conformity between contracted scope and delivered results to ensure proper remuneration of service providers; * Approve technical terms of reference for contracting services and contractors, ensuring clarity of requirements and compliance with technical and legal standards; * Coordinate inspection and technical expertise activities on construction sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory norms and integrity of structures and installations; * Monitor construction execution performance indicators, analyze deviations, and propose corrective actions to guarantee delivery of expected outcomes; * Control budgets of assigned construction projects, monitor expenditures, prevent variances, and promote efficient use of financial resources; * Provide technical support to related departments and internal clients, clarify doubts, propose solutions, and contribute to resolving operational issues; * Supervise the recording and updating of maintenance and improvement information for projects, ensuring traceability and technical knowledge management; * Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a preventive culture and risk mitigation across construction sites. **What we offer:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Food allowance; * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Maternity leave (6 months) and paternity leave (20 days); * Daycare allowance (subject to eligibility criteria); * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR); * Wellhub; * “Fale Comigo” Program (free, confidential telephone-based advisory service covering psychological, legal, financial, and social support). **Learn more about us:** We operate in Brazil’s electric power sector and boast a solid history since 1912, contributing to the development of cities and states we serve through solutions in power generation, transmission, distribution, energy trading, and service provision.
