Job Summary: Execute maintenance processes, aiming to develop and advance TPM to increase asset efficiency and reduce costs, applying Zero Loss tools and supporting Autonomous Maintenance. Job Description: **Job Mission** Execute maintenance processes, aiming to develop and advance TPM to increase asset efficiency and reduce maintenance costs, applying tools for Zero Loss advancement and supporting Autonomous Maintenance. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on all production area systems and machinery in the plant. * Read and interpret single-line diagrams. * Perform maintenance and programming of frequency inverters and PLCs. * Perform electrical maintenance on motors. * Perform electrical maintenance on pneumatic and hydraulic systems. * Record service orders with all required information. * Suggest and assist in implementing changes to maintenance plans whenever necessary, justifying positions. * Perform electrical maintenance on packaging machines. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robots and case packers. * Conduct root cause analysis under management guidance. * Perform electrical maintenance on vacuum systems. * Perform electrical maintenance on ovens in general. * Support autonomous maintenance in their processes. * Assist in projects and new implementations. * Use personal protective equipment correctly. * Comply with and uphold Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Quality, Food Safety, and Zero Loss Culture requirements. * Act as and support safe behavior initiatives. * Promote and embody GMI’s cultural archetypes. **Requirements** * Completed technical education in Electroelectronics, Automation, Electromechanics, or Mechatronics. * Solid prior experience in this role. * Availability for second shift. * SAP knowledge. * Intermediate Excel skills. * Instrumentation knowledge. * Industrial automation and networking knowledge. * Electrical control knowledge. * NR-10 and SEP certifications. * NR-12 knowledge. * Experience/knowledge in maintenance of filling machines and industrial support.
