Promotion of a data-driven culture and data governance **The Mission** Lead the Business Intelligence team’s participation in product Squads, generating strategic analyses to support the company’s decision-making, developing dashboards for indicator monitoring, and ensuring data quality, integrity, and availability. The BI Coordinator will act in a consultative capacity with business areas, promoting a data\-driven culture and leading initiatives that expand the value generated by data. **Your Challenges Will Include** * Leadership \& Team Management * Coordinate and develop team members, conducting performance reviews, providing feedback, and offering technical guidance. * Prioritize requests, organize the backlog, and ensure timely, high-quality deliveries. * Develop and monitor the company’s strategic KPIs, ensuring an integrated business view. * Conduct exploratory analyses, diagnostics, and studies supporting critical decisions. * Identify opportunities for improvement, efficiency, and optimization based on data. * Ensure the construction, maintenance, and evolution of dashboards, reports, and executive dashboards. * Ensure clarity, objectivity, and visual standardization of analytical materials. * Support business areas in using and interpreting dashboards. * Promote best practices, process standardization, and data governance. * Define and evolve the data architecture in partnership with the client area (Products). * Ensure quality, consistency, and integrity of data used for analyses. * Structure and enhance processes, especially through AI adoption. * Orchestrate dashboard update routines and monitor Fabric usage and capacity. **Above all, you must identify with our purpose: valuing people so each can build their own story.** **In addition, you must have** * Solid experience in BI, data analysis, and team management. * Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, and DAX language. * Advanced knowledge of SQL and data modeling. * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Preferred: Postgraduate degree or MBA in Data Analytics, Management, or related fields is a plus.
