Description
Responsible for providing technical support to the company's Information Technology and Telephony environments, maintaining infrastructure, assisting users, and resolving incidents. The professional plays a fundamental role in ensuring the proper functioning of technological resources, guaranteeing agility, service quality, and compliance with industry best practices.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Provide technical support to users, handling requests related to IT and Telephony infrastructure, ensuring service availability and continuity;
* Assist Support Analysts in executing and tracking service tickets, engaging third-party vendors when necessary;
* Support Infrastructure Support Technicians and interns in resolving incidents and handling infrastructure-related requests;
* Share support information, tools, and processes with the team, contributing to technical development and standardization of service delivery;
* Open and track service tickets with IT vendors, ensuring adherence to deadlines and service quality;
* Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures, keeping the team’s knowledge base up to date;
* Perform analysis and monitoring of the infrastructure environment, including computers, printers, and other ICT equipment;
* Keep operating systems, infrastructure tools, and resources updated, ensuring environment stability and security;
* Monitor the service desk ticket queue, ensuring proper registration and SLA compliance;
* Participate in infrastructure, information security, and continuous IT process improvement projects;
* Perform other duties related to the position, as required by the department.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
MANDATORY TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
* Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, Telecommunications, or related fields;
* Basic English proficiency;
* Knowledge of operating systems, networks, switches, routers, firewalls, virtualization, Blade servers, backup systems, storage, and antivirus software.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in the healthcare/hospital sector.
