The purpose of this role is to contribute to building customer relationships and lead technology initiatives focussed on delivering measurable value to customers, through demonstrating excellence in digital software, technologies and communications.**What you will be doing** * **Safety Leadership:** Promote and model safe work practices; follow Orica’s safety procedures. * **Data Integration \& Collaboration:** Integrate customer data with Orica systems; help clients use data for insights. * **Business Intelligence:** Build BI dashboards and turn customer needs into actionable data solutions. * **Cybersecurity Compliance:** Support cybersecurity processes and ensure compliance with company standards. * **Customer Enablement:** Guide customers on data integration and analytics; provide training and support. * **Continuous Improvement:** Identify ways to improve integration processes and stay current with new technologies. **Your qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field. * Experience in data integration projects, ideally with mining process data. * Hands\-on experience with big data technologies and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). * Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and compliance processes. * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. * Experience working with APIs, ETL tools, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP). **How you shape and influence others** * Demonstrates courage, resilience and flexibility * Strong reputation for integrity, ethics, personal values and solid character * Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal \& communication skills * Self\-aware and open to feedback * Work effectively across business unit * High level decision making ability * Able to manage multiple tasks within deadlines and work independently **What we offer** As part of a truly global company, you will have the ability to grow and learn in a diverse, collaborative culture.
