We are one of the fastest-growing technology companies in the country and are looking for someone who wants to grow alongside us, directly contributing to the success of new customers from their very first steps on the platform. **\#JoinOmie** **Responsibilities and duties** * Product Management focused on card-related products; * Designing and executing experiments to increase conversion, activation, and engagement; * Analyzing the end-to-end journey of card issuance, processing, and acquiring, identifying friction points and improvement opportunities; * Conducting discovery activities with internal and external customers, as well as ecosystem partners; * Defining business rules for new features and integrations related to cards and point-of-sale (POS) devices (acquiring); * Monitoring performance metrics (issuance, conversion, drop-off, delinquency, costs); * Analyzing customer profiles who fail to activate or stop using the product; * Technical collaboration with squads to refine user stories and validate solutions; * Collaborating with CRM, Growth, and CX teams on adoption and engagement initiatives. **Requirements and qualifications** * Knowledge of financial products or Payment flows (cards and acquiring); * Data analysis skills (funnels, product metrics, performance, and engagement); * Experience in discovery processes (interviews, problem framing, validation); * Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills; * Analytical profile with data-driven orientation; * Adaptability and ability to handle multiple scenarios; * Creativity to generate hypotheses and solutions aimed at increasing conversion. **Preferred qualifications** * Direct experience with payment methods/cards and acquiring; * Experience with payment integrations (PSPs, gateways, anti-fraud, digital wallets); * Familiarity with billing and digital payments metrics; * Experience with financial products or B2B billing solutions. **Additional information** Flexible Benefit/Meal Allowance: R$ 40.00 per business day.
