Dynamic environment focused on fashion, retail, and events **Commercial and Operational Assistant** **About the Position** Feiraminas Pampulha is seeking a Commercial and Operational Assistant to join our team. This role combines commercial customer service—focused on prospecting and maintaining relationships with retailers interested in leasing space at the shopping center—with daily operational support for the property, assisting management across various business areas. **Main Responsibilities** **Commercial Customer Service:** * Receive and qualify leads for booth and store leasing via phone, WhatsApp, and in person * Present available spaces, commercial terms, and Feiraminas’ unique selling points * Manage the leasing pipeline from initial contact through contract signing * Maintain active relationships with interested retailers and follow up on proposals **Operational Support:** * Assist in setting up and organizing shop windows and exhibition areas within the shopping center * Support daily reception and customer service for retailers * Monitor and supervise setup and installation processes for new stores * Assist in preparing and organizing merchandise for display * Support management in executing and organizing internal marketing initiatives and events * Contribute to maintaining order, visual standards, and overall presentation of the premises **Desired Profile** * Clear communication skills and ability to deliver excellent customer service * Proactivity and willingness to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility * Ability to work effectively in teams and interact well with diverse individuals * Interest in fashion, retail, and commercial environments * Proficiency with digital communication tools (WhatsApp Business, Instagram) **Requirements** * Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate studies preferred) * Prior experience in customer service, sales, or operational roles in retail * Availability to work commercial hours, including Saturdays **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in commercial space leasing or mall operations * Experience working in shopping centers or fashion galleries * Basic knowledge of administrative routines **Job Details** * Location: Feiraminas Pampulha — Av. Portugal, 2145, Santa Amélia, Belo Horizonte/MG * Employment Type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) * Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday — 9 AM to 6 PM Compensation: R$1.800,00 — R$2.500,00 per month Benefits: * Company-provided mobile phone * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
