Check out the opportunity we are offering: **Field Technical Support – Independent Contractor (PJ)** Opportunity Type: Exclusively for professionals operating through their own companies (PJ). Model: On-site support for a 3AM IT client. Duration: Fixed-term – 1 month, with possibility of extension; Business hours; Employees, Belo Horizonte/MG Responsibilities and Duties: Remain available at the designated location to perform Field Service tasks, delivering on-site and remote support within our defined SLA, including: Hardware maintenance and software configuration (desktops, notebooks, and printers); Networks; End-user support; Image deployment. Qualifications and Requirements: Easy access to the work location; Valid driver’s license (CNH) and personal vehicle; Experience in field technical support; Personal notebook, smartphone, and basic tools for notebook and desktop maintenance; Minimum of five 32GB USB flash drives; Knowledge of the activities described; Availability to start immediately.
