Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Fiscal Assistant to support our tax team, contributing to compliance and record organization. Key Highlights: 1. Support in tax calculation and ancillary tax obligations 2. Control and organization of fiscal documents 3. Assistance in reconciliation and maintenance of fiscal records **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are looking for a Fiscal Assistant to join and support our Tax Department. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and wish to start or deepen your career in the tax field—contributing to compliance and organization of our records—this position is for you! Your main responsibilities will be: \-Assist in calculating direct and indirect taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS). \-Provide support in preparing and filing ancillary tax obligations (SPEDs, DCTF, etc.). \-Manage and organize incoming and outgoing fiscal documents (invoices). \-Assist in basic reconciliation of fiscal data and records. \-Enter data and maintain updated fiscal records and systems. **Desired Qualifications:** -------------------------- * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in basic tax department routines, such as invoice entry and document control. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Benefits:** --------------- * Health insurance; * Meal allowance; * Life insurance; **Work Location:** ---------------------- COOCAFE MATRIZ **Working Hours:** ------------------------ 8:00 AM–6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
