




**Responsibilities:** **\-** Respect and courtesy towards coworkers; \- **Material Preparation:** The brazing operator is responsible for preparing the materials (condenser, dryer filter, 304 stainless steel coil, capillary tube, and copper tube) to be joined, ensuring they are clean, free of impurities, and properly positioned for the brazing process. **\- Selection of Brazing Equipment and Materials:** Select appropriate brazing equipment, such as torches, and suitable brazing materials, including fluxes, alloys, and filler metals (rods). \- **Equipment Setup:** Set up and adjust brazing equipment according to job specifications, including temperature (neutral flame), gas flow, and pressure. \- **Execution of Brazing:** Perform the brazing process itself, heating the parts to be joined until the brazing alloy melts and fuses with the base materials. **\- Quality Control:** Follow established Quality and Process standards, monitor and control the brazing process to ensure joints are made correctly. Visually inspect joints (brazed areas) and conduct quality tests. **\- Quality Testing:** Manifold testing, foam testing, nitrogen testing, and functional testing of the unit under operating conditions. **\- Safety/Organization:** Strictly adhere to safety procedures throughout the brazing process, ensuring personal protection, safety, preservation, organization, and cleanliness of the work environment. **\- Equipment Maintenance:** Perform basic maintenance on brazing equipment to ensure proper operation and extend its service life. **\- Documentation:** Complete production reports, quality records, and other relevant documents related to the brazing process; and \- Comply with Occupational Safety and Health regulations.
