Sales Assistant – Hair Cosmetics – Pirituba
**Sales Assistant** We are looking for a Sales Assistant with experience in the hair cosmetics segment and knowledge of colorimetry to actively work in perfumeries, pharmacies, hair cosmetics stores, and supermarkets. The professional will be responsible for promoting product sales, conducting personalized customer approaches, and presenting solutions that meet customers’ hair care needs. **Responsibilities:** * Promote and boost hair cosmetics sales through active and suggestive customer approaches at points of sale such as perfumeries, pharmacies, cosmetics stores, and supermarkets. * Present and demonstrate products, highlighting their benefits and technical features—including correct product usage based on colorimetry—and provide personalized consulting to customers. * Identify customers’ needs and recommend the most suitable hair care products, based on technical knowledge and the characteristics of each hair type. * Stay updated on market trends, offering usage and application tips for optimized results. * Ensure proper product display and restocking on shelves, aligning presentation with the company’s merchandising strategies. * Maintain good relationships with store owners and store staff, ensuring a favorable environment for sales. * Monitor product performance in stores, providing feedback and information on sales behavior. * Support promotional activities, events, and campaigns to maximize sales and product visibility. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a sales promoter, preferably in the hair cosmetics sector. * Technical knowledge of colorimetry and hair cosmetics, with the ability to advise customers on the most suitable products for each hair type. * Strong customer service skills, focused on consultative and suggestive selling. * Ability to conduct product demonstrations and build trust-based relationships with customers. * Availability to work across various points of sale, including perfumeries, pharmacies, cosmetics stores, and supermarkets. * Excellent communication skills, friendliness, and professional demeanor. * Proactivity and motivation to achieve sales targets. **We Offer:** * Fixed salary + sales commissions. * Benefits including transportation allowance, meal allowance, and health insurance. * Training and continuous development opportunities. * A dynamic and challenging work environment with professional growth potential. Business Assistant - Laranja da Terra/ES
Support the agency's business area in serving members and customers, providing information related to Sicredi's products and services.
