Here, you will receive guidance, training, and room to grow. * Assist in operating saw machines under supervision * Support cutting parts according to measurements and specifications * Organize materials and the work area * Assist in verifying measurements and quality of parts * Follow safety regulations and PPE usage guidelines * Assist in cleaning and maintaining machines * Record basic production activities when necessary Requirements: **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed high school education * Availability for CLT employment contract * Interest in working in production/metallurgical areas * Good physical condition and attention to detail * Commitment to schedules, safety rules, and PPE usage **Preferred qualifications:** * Prior experience in an industrial/factory environment (even informal) * Basic course in mechanics, machining, or similar * Experience in welding area.
