Job Summary: Metal Structure Assembler responsible for assembling steel frameworks to support concrete structures, ensuring safety and order. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on safety and worksite preservation Description * Assemble steel frameworks by cutting, bending, and joining reinforcing bars using appropriate equipment * to reinforce and support concrete structures; * Select reinforcing bars based on technical specifications, project drawings, or received instructions; * Cut reinforcing bars and wire pieces using shears and turquesa or dedicated machinery; * Bend and assemble reinforcing bars, joining them with steel wire; * Place steel frameworks into wooden formwork; * Maintain order, cleanliness, and preservation of the worksite; equipment and materials under their responsibility; * Monitor concrete pouring to repair frameworks that may suffer damage; * Use personal protective equipment according to the task; * Follow instructions from the immediate supervisor;REQUIRED SKILLS * Training in NR 12 (Machine and Equipment Safety) * Training in NR 18 (Construction Safety) * Training in NR 35 (Working at Heights) * Proactivity; * Ability to identify general tools; * Ability to operate sanders; * Ability to operate grinders; * Ability to operate drills; * Ability to operate multi-blade saws; * Ability to distinguish reinforcing bar diameters BENEFITS: * Health insurance – Intermédica Plan, fully covered (100%) by the company for the employee, and up to 2 dependents at 50% coverage paid by the company, remaining dependent coverage borne by the employee. * Dental plan * Fuel allowance (R$ 200.00 for residents within the municipality; R$ 400.00 for residents outside the municipality) – 1% payroll deduction; * Transportation voucher * Commuter bus service (Cosmópolis) * Profit-sharing program; * Life insurance; * Meal allowance: R$ 400.00; * On-site meals; * Total Pass.
