We are looking for a Motion Designer to bring our campaigns to life, create creative animations, and further strengthen our visual communication. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Film, or related fields; * Video editing experience is desirable; * Proficiency in editing and animation tools such as DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects (motion graphics), and Audition; * Knowledge of color correction, design, composition, and sound editing; * Familiarity with various video formats, both online and offline; * A passion for high-quality results, strong aesthetic judgment, and a touch of dissatisfaction with the material to be delivered; * Motion Graphics knowledge is desirable; * Photoshop and/or Illustrator knowledge is desirable. **Responsibilities** * Edit audiovisual materials and design for Controller; * Ability to ensure clarity, rhythm, and emotional resonance in projects; * Responsible for the quality of visual and sound editing; * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (Production, Marketing, etc.); * Participate in script production, image capture, and editing; * Support planning for image capture, editing, and animations; * Monitor and assist with recordings when necessary.
