After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform inspection and analysis of parts, products, and components to ensure compliance with the company’s quality standards and specifications. * Operate laboratory equipment intended for inspection, control, and quality assurance analyses and tests, and prepare reports describing results, detailing structural and functional performance technically and scientifically. * Develop and compare product technical specifications, verifying their suitability and accuracy. * Provide technical support to processes through practical application of concepts and analyses, ensuring efficiency and precision in activity execution. * Conduct tests and empirical studies, identifying potential process issues and ensuring their resolution and improvement. * Stay updated on trends within your field of expertise, as well as on new tools, resources, and technologies available in the market. * Understand the company’s mission, principles, values, policies, and objectives, and comply with organizational and coexistence rules. * Perform other related professional activities inherent to the position, as directed by superiors. * Attend internal and external training sessions, complying with instructions or requests from immediate supervisors. * Know and apply practices of conscious consumption and natural resource preservation, in accordance with the company’s SSMA policies, understanding environmental impacts and risks, and familiarizing oneself with emergency response procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Completed Technical Course in Chemistry or related fields** (mandatory); * **Active CRQ registration** (mandatory); * Knowledge of **physicochemical analyses and laboratory routines**; * Familiarity with **TPM and/or 5S** is desirable; * Familiarity with **problem-solving tools** (e.g., 5 Whys, 5W1H, etc.) is desirable; **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve to live with wellbeing, security, and real growth opportunities.
