




Job Summary: Provide first-level technical support to users, monitor systems and networks, and assist in resolving computer-related issues. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance in diagnosing and resolving microcomputer-related issues. **Job/Function Summary:** **Provide technical support to users to resolve basic computer-related technical issues**, and monitor the availability and performance of application systems and/or related services, as well as local area network and wireless network resources. **Responsibilities and Duties** Main Responsibilities: * Provide remote first-level support to users; * Contact the requesting user to obtain further information, if necessary, and provide appropriate guidance; * Contact internal IT teams for assistance in diagnosing or resolving the user’s request, if necessary; * Contact other teams, if necessary, that may be related to the incident, problem, or request being addressed; * Assist in recording, diagnosing, and resolving issues within the scope of microcomputing and related areas; * Assist in identifying and resolving root causes of problems; * Escalate tickets to other resolution groups if the incident cannot be resolved at Level 1; * Monitor the availability and performance of application systems and/or related services, including Application Servers, Database Servers, INTERNET / INTRANET, and Email Servers; * Monitor the availability and performance of Local Area Network and Wireless Network resources; * Report identified abnormal events or situations to the Service Center for proper incident registration and management; * Monitor the availability and performance of Local Area Network and Wireless Network resources; Report identified abnormal events or situations to the Service Center for proper incident registration and management. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements – Academic Education, Courses, or Certifications:** High school diploma or Technical Degree in Computer Science. CCNA certification is desirable. Knowledge of System Center – Microsoft SCOM / Zena / Zeke / Zabbix / Databases / Sterling and Grafana.
