




S3 Gestão em Saúde is seeking new talents to work as an IT Technician. **Responsibilities and duties** * Provide on-site and remote technical support to users (hardware, software, printers, networks, and corporate systems); * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.); * Monitor local network operation and assist in diagnosing and resolving failures; * Control and organize the unit’s IT assets, maintaining an up-to-date inventory; * Track service requests via GLPI (service desk system), ensuring response deadlines and service quality; * Support local implementation projects for new technological solutions; * Comply with information security policies and IT best practices. **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed technical education in Information Technology, Computer Networks, or related fields; * Prior experience in technical support and computer maintenance; * Basic knowledge of networks, Windows, Microsoft Office suite, and ticketing systems; * Experience in hospital environments or healthcare units; * Familiarity with ITIL and user support best practices. **Additional information** * Salary: BRL 2,025.00 + BRL 303.60 (hazard pay) * Working hours: 220 hours per month S3 Gestão em Saúde is a private, non-profit institution of a social and inclusive nature, recognized as being of national, state, and municipal public utility, and qualified as a Social Organization in several states and municipalities across Brazil.
