Job Summary: Performs technical Compliance activities, focused on Due Diligence, investigations, and policy monitoring to ensure compliance and reduce risks. Key Highlights: 1. Strengthening governance and reducing regulatory risks. #### **About the position:** * Performs technical Compliance activities, focusing on Due Diligence, investigations, on-site inquiries, policy monitoring, and support for the Integrity Program. * Applies structured analytical methodologies, uses integrity tools (e.g., IBRACEM, GRC), conducts interviews, collects evidence, prepares technical reports, and interacts with key departments. * Ensures compliance, reduces regulatory, labor, and reputational risks, strengthens governance, and supports evidence-based decision-making. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Execution of third-party Due Diligence, including risk analysis, criticality assessment, and recommendations. * Direct involvement in investigations of complaints, including documentary analysis, interviews, and preparation of technical reports. * Monitoring of policy implementation, including evidence generation and traceability. * Support for the Integrity Program, training, and internal communications. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Law, or Economics. * Knowledge of Compliance and Corporate Governance programs. * Understanding of risk management and internal controls. * Familiarity with the Anti-Corruption Law (Law No. 12.846/2013). * Familiarity with the Code of Ethics and Conduct. * Basic knowledge of the LGPD (General Data Protection Law, Law No. 13.709/2018). * Experience with internal policies, audits, or due diligence. #### **Desirable requirements (advantage):** * GRC tools, Integrity Channels, and analytics.
