Technical or higher education degree in IT or related fields IT Support Analyst Responsibilities: * Provide technical support to users for hardware, software, and systems. * Install, configure, and maintain workstations and peripherals. * Log, track, and close support tickets using a service desk tool. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance. * Document procedures and asset inventory. * Escalate incidents of higher complexity. Requirements: * Technical or higher education degree in IT or related fields. (Completed or currently pursuing) * Knowledge of hardware and software support. * Basic understanding of networks and Windows operating systems. Qualifications: * Prior experience in technical support is a plus. * Strong communication and organizational skills.
