Job Summary: Responsible for monitoring pickups and deliveries, tracking trips, deadlines, and incidents to ensure operational processes and communication among departments. Key Highlights: 1. Guarantee of operational process compliance Responsible for executing monitoring of pickups and deliveries, tracking trips, deadlines, and incidents, ensuring compliance with operational processes, interdepartmental communication, and proper trip completion. * Monitor pickups, tracking operations from scheduling through actual execution. * Monitor deliveries, ensuring adherence to agreed deadlines and taking preventive action against deviations. * Request and verify shipping documentation, ensuring documents are accurate and available for operations. * Handle incidents occurring en route, coordinating with operations, drivers, and support departments for resolution and impact mitigation. * Finalize trip manifests, ensuring information is complete and consistent with executed operations. * Ensure compliance with pickup and delivery processes and deadlines, maintaining operations within established standards. * Maintain up-to-date records of trips and incidents, ensuring traceability and management support.
