Main responsibilities: * Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance of the vehicle fleet; * Perform control and verification of tachographs; * Schedule and monitor maintenance of civil construction machinery; * Track fuel refills, fuel consumption, and mileage; * Monitor vehicle and machinery documentation (licensing, insurance, traffic fines); * Supervise proper use of PPE by drivers and operators; * Assist in route planning and vehicle/equipment allocation; * Liaise with repair shops, suppliers, and rental companies; * Support fleet performance indicator tracking and managerial reporting; * Maintain updated files and records for audit and legal compliance purposes. Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical or higher education in logistics, administration, or related fields is preferred); * Prior experience in this role or in areas related to fleet management and machinery maintenance; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); * Strong communication skills and ability to manage deadlines and priorities. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with fleet management systems; * Knowledge of traffic and transportation legislation; * Familiarity with heavy machinery maintenance.
