Do you fit this profile? **Responsibilities and Duties** Prepare food according to the menu, observing cooking methods, flavor, texture, temperature, and presentation; Perform pre\-preparation, preparation, and finishing of dishes, controlling timing and quality; Ensure cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment in accordance with health surveillance regulations and food safety practices (Good Manufacturing Practices); Control usage and replenishment of ingredients to avoid waste; Monitor quantity and quality during preparation; supervise and guide the kitchen assistant team regarding tasks; Receive and store food items correctly; Collaborate with kitchen auxiliaries and assistants, providing guidance and distributing tasks as needed; Comply with safety, hygiene, cleaning, and food and workplace preservation standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** High school diploma (a technical course in Cooking or Gastronomy is a plus); Experience in professional kitchens (restaurants, cafeterias, hotels, etc.); Knowledge of cooking techniques and Good Manufacturing Practices for Food Handling; Availability for on\-site work in Camaçari/BA. **Additional Information** At BYD, we prioritize the well\-being of our employees and continuously seek improvements to our benefits package.
