Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing FTTH and FTTA network installation and repair services for residential customers, aiming to promote digital inclusion and service excellence. That’s why we seek talents like you—people who dream big and want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** To build this team with us, the candidate will be challenged to: * Perform installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA network technologies for residential customers; * Repair/correct service failures, including issues related to slow speed, Wi-Fi, no connectivity, intermittent connection, etc.; * Remove cables from canceled customer accounts to free up capacity for new customers; * Assess service feasibility when the commercial team has doubts regarding network availability in a given area; * Relocate equipment within the same residence (room-to-room relocation); * Relocate equipment to a new address upon customer request; * Perform upgrades—replacing or adding equipment when customers switch plans; * Attend trainings and meetings when invited; * Carry out other duties consistent with the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** Professional Profile We Seek: * Completed high school education; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B (permanent); * Desired: NR 10 (electrical safety) and NR 35 (work at heights) certifications; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Availability for flexible working hours and travel; * Preferred experience in telecommunications companies. **Additional Benefits** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Giga Inclusão — PCD dependent support * Total Pass * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days) * Psicologia Viva (available for Amil health plan members) * E-learning platform on the intranet * Tour House: 5%–12% discounts on airfare purchases, hotel reservations, and car rentals * Movida: 10% discount applied to daily rental rates * Samsung Partnership Portal With the purpose of **connecting people, ideas, and businesses while promoting digital and social inclusion in Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent optical fiber group in the country.
