Job Summary: The professional will perform FTTH and FTTA network installations and repairs for residential customers, resolve service faults, and carry out other maintenance tasks. Key Highlights: 1. That’s why we seek talents like you—people who dream big and want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA network technologies for residential customers; * Repair/correct service faults, including slow speeds, Wi-Fi issues, no connectivity, intermittent connections, etc.; * Remove cables from canceled customers to free up capacity for new customers; * Verify network availability when the commercial team has doubts about whether network infrastructure exists in a given area; * Relocate equipment within the same residence (room-to-room moves); * Relocate equipment to a different address upon customer request; * Perform upgrades—replacing or adding equipment when customers change their service plans; * Attend trainings and meetings when invited; * Perform other duties consistent with this role. **Requirements and Qualifications** Professional Profile We Seek: * Completed high school education; * Valid Category B driver’s license (permanent); * NR 10 (electrical safety) and NR 35 (work-at-height) certifications preferred; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Availability for flexible working hours / travel; * Prior experience in telecommunications companies preferred. **Additional Benefits** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Giga Inclusão — PCD-dependent support benefit * Total Pass * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days) * Psicologia Viva (available to those enrolled in Amil health plan) * E-learning platform on the intranet * Tour House: 5%–12% discounts on airline tickets, hotel bookings, and car rentals * Movida: 10% discount applied to daily rental rates * Samsung Partnership Portal With the purpose of **connecting people, ideas, and businesses while promoting digital and social inclusion in Brazil**, Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent fiber-optic group in the country.
