RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES Position Description * Plan and organize cargo transfers to Espaço Smart commercial units, analyzing MIX STORE supply demand and sales. * Hire third-party freight services when necessary to carry out scheduled deliveries. * Plan delivery routes, monitor vehicle loading, and ensure all orders scheduled for the day are available and ready to be loaded and shipped to stores. * Monitor the movement of goods and materials to meet deadlines and ensure administrative and operational processes are fulfilled without impacting company operations. * Generate reports, forms, spreadsheets, and performance indicators established by Logistics Management to meet all defined goals. * Contribute to quality improvement programs for products, services, and the environment, complying with internal regulations and occupational safety standards. * Participate in team and operational meetings to ensure optimal productivity for the company. Skills and Competencies * Degree in Logistics, International Trade, Business Administration, or Management Processes, or currently pursuing such a degree * Intermediate level Excel skills (use of formulas), desirable knowledge of pivot tables and macros * Experience desirable in inventory operations (picking, storage, loading and unloading), inventories, transportation (hiring and documentation), and cargo routing * Experience desirable in analysis of inventory movement data * Experience desirable with Warehouse Management Systems – WMS Hands-on, creative, facilitative, and analytical profile * BENEFITS * Meal allowance; * Dental plan; * Health plan; * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance; * Espaço Smart University; * Maternity kit; * Educational incentive; * WellHub (Gympass).
