With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly packaged according to established standards, adhering to production schedules and protocols; additionally, provide customer service and sales support—offering products, clarifying inquiries—in compliance with regulations, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety standards, and defined performance targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and deliver personalized customer service at the counter, including guiding customers on product types and derivatives when necessary, as well as preparing, packaging, weighing, and delivering products to customers; Support the production of various bakery-related products by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging items, strictly following production schedules and protocols, regulations, the Good Practices Manual, hygiene and safety standards, and established performance targets; Enhance customer service efficiency by continuously restocking product display counters and ensuring accurate pricing in accordance with predefined rules and standards; Boost sector sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and effective customer relationship management; Help reduce losses by organizing product displays correctly according to FIFO (First Expired, First Out) principles and producing quantities as scheduled, per production protocols and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and displayed prices through daily inspections, and promptly remove products with damaged packaging, expired items, or missing identification; Assist in receiving and transporting goods, and prepare and store them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Maintain sector organization, cleanliness, and equipment/utensil hygiene by performing daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment calibration or maintenance whenever necessary; Process customer payments at the bakery checkout when required; Support the integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist with related tasks as needed; Requirements **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed elementary school Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** 100% on-site position **Work Location:** BR-470, Nações – 399 **Working Hours:** 2:00 PM to 10:20 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Plan Shopping Discount Program (partner stores) Life Insurance * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
