**Job Details:** Employment Type: CLT (Permanent) Working Hours: 44 hours per week Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Work Mode: On-site **Salary and Benefits:** Monthly Base Salary: BRL 1,700.00; Comprehensive Health Insurance (available after 3 months); Meal Allowance: BRL 400.00; Transportation Allowance (paid in cash—equivalent to 2 transportation vouchers per workday); **Responsibilities and Duties:** - Assist in developing and improving departmental procedures, contributing to optimization and efficiency; - Generate documentation and issue service orders (SOs) in the system for equipment delivery and pickup; - Monitor equipment nearing lease end in the system to schedule pickups; - Record material receipts and issue inventory withdrawals from the warehouse in the system; - Organize warehouse materials;
 - Pick materials for delivery according to internal requests;
 - Receive, inspect, and store materials;
 - Maintain a clean and organized work environment; - Conduct periodic inventory counts; - Collaborate with procurement staff to produce periodic reports ensuring no material shortages occur; - Apply analytical thinking to ensure data accuracy in the system related to the logistics department; - Track vehicle mileage and maintenance due dates to schedule fleet vehicle maintenance; **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma — Completed — Required Technical/Vocational or Bachelor’s Degree in related fields — Currently pursuing — Preferred **Desired Characteristics:** - Knowledge of Supply Chain and Logistics Processes;
 - Experience using ERP software (Experience with Sankhya system is a plus); - Intermediate proficiency in Excel and other office software;
 - Strong organizational and planning skills;
 - Analytical ability and decision-making capacity;
