The professional will be responsible for monitoring the entire fleet operation, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards. **Resume is mandatory to participate in the selection process.** **Requirements** * Completed **technical education** or ongoing **higher education**, preferably in Administration, Logistics, or related fields; * **Proven experience** in fleet management; * Technical knowledge of **vehicle mechanics**; * Experience in **automotive parts purchasing and inventory control**; * Proficiency in **Office Suite** (Excel, Word, and control reports); * **CNH category B**; * Strong **communication and organizational skills**, ensuring efficiency in interactions with teams and suppliers. **Responsibilities** * Conduct **periodic inspections** of vehicles, identifying preventive and corrective maintenance needs; * Verify drivers' **documentation** and compliance with current regulations; * Monitor **service orders** and **route schedules**, ensuring operational efficiency; * Manage **fueling, cleaning, and fleet utilization**; * Administer **driver schedules and staffing**; * Control and analyze **fleet operational data** to support strategic decisions; * Monitor **fuel consumption** and implement optimization actions; * Track **telematics indicators** (speed, driving time, braking, driver behavior); * Evaluate **driver performance** based on metrics, promoting safety and efficiency.
