**About the Position**
Objective:
The professional in this role is responsible for monitoring corrective, preventive, predictive, and equipment/machinery installation maintenance activities; developing work procedures and maintenance plans to identify operational and functional deficiencies and understand infrastructure needs; coordinating with outsourced maintenance management; and performing repairs to preserve operational conditions.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Assign tasks to the electrical, mechanical, and building maintenance teams;
* Keep the SGQ documentation updated and be accountable for the maintenance process during audits;
* Control incoming invoices (NF) for non-productive materials, electricity, and potable water;
* Provide on-site support to the maintenance team;
* Develop and update preventive and predictive maintenance schedules and plans;
* Process Service Orders and manage them by defining deadlines and priorities.

**Requirements:**
* Minimum age of 18 years;
* Technical or Higher Education degree in Maintenance or Engineering;
* Preferred: 5 years of experience in the role.
