Description: Apply quickly by email: Requirements and qualifications: Main responsibilities: * Implement, monitor, and provide support for system projects. * Engage and monitor third-party support, when necessary. * Develop and update technical manuals. * Provide technical support to users (by phone, remotely, or in person). * Manage support tickets under your responsibility. * Conduct user training sessions. * Address requests and resolve issues related to IT services. * Comply with and ensure compliance with the Information Security Policy. * Identify user needs and propose solutions, process automation, and optimization. * Ensure the availability of applications and systems under your responsibility through maintenance, administration, and support. * Develop and keep updated the procedures and standards for the systems under your management. * Carry out activities according to internal procedures and the department’s macro-process flow. * Develop SQL reports to support internal processes. * Create dashboards and KPIs in the BI system. * Participate in the on-call schedule for the support team. Desirable: Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. * Prior experience in the IT field, preferably supporting corporate systems. * Knowledge of SQL (queries, report creation). * Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI or similar). * Basic understanding of requirements analysis and process mapping. * Strong user support and problem-solving skills. * Basic knowledge of networks, infrastructure, and information security policies. * Availability to participate in the on-call schedule. * Experience in a hospital environment or healthcare systems. * Knowledge of TOTVS, MV, TASY, or equivalent systems. * Experience in process automation.
