Maintaining and expanding the educational program The **Commercial Assistant** is responsible for marketing the Professional Apprenticeship Program to companies required by law to hire apprentices, as stipulated in Law No. 10.097/2000. Their primary responsibility is to prospect potential partner companies, present the program, prepare commercial proposals, and conduct negotiations leading to formalized contracts—thereby contributing to maintaining and expanding the program through partner companies’ fulfillment of their mandatory apprentice quotas. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Market the Professional Apprenticeship Program to companies interested in hiring apprentices, in accordance with Law 10.097/2000; * Prospect and identify potential clients, presenting the benefits and advantages of the apprenticeship program to companies; * Maintain updated company databases in the control tool (AGENDOR). * Prepare customized commercial proposals aligned with each client’s specific needs and objectives; * Conduct commercial negotiations aimed at closing apprenticeship program enrollment contracts; * Maintain continuous client relationships, providing support and assistance throughout the hiring and program implementation process; * Monitor, together with companies, compliance with apprentice quotas to ensure adherence to legal requirements; * Schedule and conduct on-site visits to companies for clarifying doubts and negotiating partnerships; * Stay up-to-date on legislation and regulations related to apprentice hiring, ensuring clients’ compliance with legal obligations. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: **Completed High School (Bachelor’s degree in related fields preferred)** **Knowledge:** * Thorough understanding of labor legislation, especially Law 10.097/2000 governing apprentice hiring; * Understanding of the Socio-Apprenticeship Program offered by the institution; * Familiarity with sales and negotiation techniques; * Understanding of marketing principles and strategies for closing business deals; * Awareness of the labor market and its demands, particularly regarding apprentice hiring; * Knowledge of the benefits, advantages, and unique value proposition of the Socio-Apprenticeship Program; familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems; **Additional Information** **Compensation:** R$2,303.19 + CSP (Productivity-Based Salary Supplement) * Workload: **180 hours/month** * Working Hours: **8:00 AM to 4:12 PM (Monday to Friday)** **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance (R$215.00); * On-site meals; * Life insurance; * Health plan — effective after probation period; * Dental plan; * SESC membership; * Discounts at gyms and sports activities — **Wellhub**; * Educational partnerships offering discounts on courses and universities; * Training and capacity-building programs.
